Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Transak.info website and services provided by Transak Recovery Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Services
We provide fund recovery services for victims of cryptocurrency fraud, forex scams, and investment fraud. Our services include blockchain forensic analysis, asset tracing, legal coordination, and negotiation with exchanges and financial institutions.
3. No Guarantee of Recovery
While we commit fully to every case we accept, we do not and cannot guarantee recovery of funds. The success of recovery depends on many factors including the type of fraud, time elapsed, jurisdictions involved, and cooperation of third parties.
4. Fee Structure
We operate on a success-based fee model. Our fees are charged as a percentage of recovered funds, agreed upon in writing in your service agreement before we begin work. We do not charge upfront fees. The initial consultation is always free.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your case
- Cooperate with our team and respond to requests for information
- Not engage other recovery services simultaneously for the same case without informing us
- Report the fraud to relevant law enforcement authorities
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
All case information is treated with strict confidentiality. We will never share your personal details or case information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary for the recovery process. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Security
We will never ask for your private keys, wallet passwords, seed phrases, or recovery phrases. Our recovery process works through legal and compliance channels. If anyone claiming to represent Transak.info asks for wallet access, do not comply and report it to us immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transak Recovery Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
